Description

Purpose and Planning

In a letter to provincial and municipal governments, the Central Institute of National Art declared:

The purpose of this martial arts conference is to bring together national martial arts experts in Nanjing, to hold open martial arts competition at the national level. This is intended to inspire fellow countrymen to value the essence of martial arts, gradually promoting the international status of China.

Activities of this magnitude must be promoted by the unitary effort of the governments of all provinces, municipalities, districts and counties, in order to vigorously push for rapid results.
